Duties
- Hold regular (monthly) meetings until the end of the project
- Identify/assess needs/interests of park users
- Utilize as appropriate previous research undertaken for Grange Park planning
- Advise on terms of reference for Park Design Brief
- Advise on terms of reference for commissioned works of art/play equipment
- Advise on selection of landscape architect and selection of artists
- Oversee implementation of the restoration and revitalization project
- Communicate project progress with larger community including translated materials
- Advise on donor recognition vehicles
- Establish sub-committees or project committees to work on various tasks
